About the Rabaska DEVElopers

Marc Perreault and George Lathouras, partners in LAURENTIAN MOUNTAIN development GROUP, possess a long and successful track record of commercial and residential real estate development experience, overseeing projects throughout North America, primarily in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains.  

Laurentian Mountain Development Group ‘s L’Aiglon de Tremblant was runner up in 2004 and WINNER 2005 for “Best Country Home Project in Québec” by the Association de la construction du Québec (based on customer satisfaction, quality of construction, as well as project design and execution).

Following those great accomplishments, the Group’s newest project - Rabaska- has been nominated for 2008 as finalist for “Best Country Home Project in Québec by the Association. The Award ceremony will be held in September 2008.
